Elizabeth Leach, a former litigator, places attorneys at all levels in firms of all sizes and specialties across the country and globe. Elizabeth recently placed an attorney in Saudi Arabia. Ms. Leach has an extensive background in law and recruiting, which makes her highly qualified to assist candidates in finding new positions that fit their unique backgrounds, skills and goals. She is an inactive member of the Louisiana and Illinois Bar. She attended Newcomb College of Tulane University for undergraduate studies and obtained her JD, Cum Laude from Tulane University School of Law. While at Tulane Law she excelled at oral advocacy where she and her moot court partner became the first all-female team to win the school’s prestigious Senior Trial Competition. Ms. Leach is also the recipient of the Pro Bono Award from Chicago Legal Clinic for her pro bono efforts volunteering at the Chancery Advice Desk.
After practicing law in Louisiana, Texas and Illinois she began her recruiting career with Galmont Legal, recruiting for project based legal staffing positions. She left Galmont to work as a Talent Strategist in the Professional Services division of CareerBuilder. After several years at CareerBuilder, she left to join BCG Attorney Search to focus solely on legal placements. Ms. Leach recently followed her entrepreneurial spirit and became a Founding Member of North Star Attorney Search with 8 years of strong recruiting experience.
